01 Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "you", "your") and the operator of rss99 ("rss99", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the rss99 website located at https://rss99.cam and all associated services, games, betting markets and account functions ("Platform").

rss99 is an online gaming and sports betting platform providing cricket betting, live casino, slots, table games, esports and instant games to adult users. The Platform is operated in accordance with the license conditions issued by the relevant gaming authority in the jurisdiction where rss99 holds its operating license. rss99 does not represent that online gambling is licensed, approved or regulated by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan, or any Pakistani provincial or federal authority.

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit or placing any bet, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

02 Definitions

In this Agreement, the following terms have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

03 Account Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an account on rss99, you must satisfy all of the following requirements at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust or other legal entity acting as a surrogate).
• You are accessing the Platform on your own behalf, not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not subject to self-exclusion from this Platform or any other gaming platform operated by rss99 or its affiliates.
• You are not a resident of, or physically located in, any jurisdiction where access to or use of online gambling services is prohibited by applicable law.
• You have not previously had an account suspended or permanently closed by rss99 for breach of these Terms.
• You understand and accept the risks associated with online gambling, including the risk of losing your deposited funds.

rss99 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed. Providing false information during registration or at any subsequent time constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

04 Account Registration

Each User may hold only one (1) Account on the Platform. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities or through any device — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities.

During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete and current personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and for notifying rss99 promptly of any changes.

You must select a secure password for your account and must not share your login credentials with any third party. rss99 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

05 Identity Verification (KYC)

rss99 is required to verify the identity and age of its users in accordance with anti-money-laundering (AML) obligations and the conditions of its operating license. You agree to provide all documentation reasonably requested as part of this process.

Standard KYC documentation for Pakistani users may include, but is not limited to:

• A valid, unexpired CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or Pakistani passport.
• Proof of residential address (e.g., a recent utility bill or bank statement dated within the last 90 days) where required.
• A real-time selfie or liveness check to confirm that the document submitted matches the account holder.
• Verification of the payment method used to deposit funds, where required by AML controls.

You must submit KYC documents only through the Platform's secure HTTPS verification portal. You must not send identity documents through unsecured channels, third-party messaging applications or email. You must not alter, obscure, crop or falsify any document submitted for verification purposes. Submission of fraudulent documentation is a material breach of this Agreement and may be reported to relevant authorities.

Withdrawal processing will not be completed until KYC verification is satisfactorily concluded. rss99 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time, including at the point of a withdrawal request, if circumstances require it.

06 Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits must be made from a payment source in your own name. rss99 does not accept deposits made on behalf of a third party. By depositing, you confirm that the funds are legitimately yours and that you are not acting on behalf of any other person.

Payment methods referenced on the Platform — including mobile wallets such as Easypaisa and JazzCash, instant payment rails such as Raast, and bank transfers through institutions including HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are mentioned as familiar Pakistani payment references only. Their availability for deposits and withdrawals is subject to the operator's current payment provider arrangements and those providers' own policies. rss99 does not represent that any of those payment providers endorses gambling or supports this operator unless explicitly verified. Transaction limits, processing times and applicable fees are as stated in the Platform's payment information section and may change.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified under KYC procedures. rss99 reserves the right to return funds to the originating deposit method as required by AML compliance obligations. Withdrawal processing times depend on the payment method, your KYC status and any compliance review that may be required. No specific processing time is guaranteed.

rss99 reserves the right to withhold or delay a withdrawal pending investigation where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, bonus abuse or breach of these Terms.

07 Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses and promotional offers ("Promotions") are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the offer, which form part of this Agreement. In the event of any conflict between general Terms and Promotion-specific terms, the Promotion-specific terms prevail for matters within their scope.

The following general conditions apply to all Promotions unless the specific offer terms state otherwise:

• Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated at the point of the offer.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the time limit specified for the Promotion. Bonus Funds not converted within the stated period will expire and be removed from the Account.
• Minimum odds or game contribution restrictions may apply to wagering towards a Bonus requirement. Games that contribute at less than 100% are identified in the Promotion terms.
• Only one Promotion may be active at a time unless the specific terms permit otherwise.
• rss99 reserves the right to withdraw any Promotion, amend Promotion terms or cancel a User's Promotion where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: using multiple accounts, placing offsetting bets designed to lock in profit, or placing bets solely to fulfil a wagering requirement without genuine play intent.
• Bonus Funds credited in error may be reclaimed at any time.

08 Betting Rules

Bets placed on rss99 are governed by the specific rules applicable to each market and game type, as displayed on the Platform at the time of bet placement. The following general principles apply:

• All bets are accepted subject to rss99's right to refuse or limit any bet, including without cause, at its discretion.
• A bet is confirmed only when rss99's systems have accepted and recorded it. A displayed confirmation reference is required for a bet to be valid.
• rss99 reserves the right to void bets placed on obvious pricing errors, regardless of whether the error was identified before or after the event outcome.
• For cricket and other sports markets, the specific sporting event rules — including how abandoned matches, weather interruptions, Super Overs and DLS method outcomes are handled — are set out in the relevant sport's rules section on the Platform.
• Live (in-play) bets are subject to additional latency and market-suspension risks. rss99 is not responsible for connectivity delays on the User's side that result in bets placed at unintended odds.
• Where a result is disputed or subject to official review by a sports governing body, rss99 reserves the right to withhold settlement until the official result is confirmed.

09 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the rss99 Platform. Violation of any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all Account balances, legal action and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Multi-accounting: Registering or using more than one Account, whether under the same or a different identity.
• Fraud: Use of stolen payment credentials, fraudulent chargeback requests, impersonation or any other fraudulent activity.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other users to manipulate game or betting outcomes, including chip-dumping in poker-style games.
• Arbitrage abuse: Systematically exploiting pricing discrepancies across markets or platforms in a manner that constitutes abuse of rss99's pricing system.
• Automated tools: Use of bots, scripts, automated betting systems or any software designed to place bets or interact with the Platform without human input, without prior written authorisation from rss99.
• Bonus abuse: Circumventing Promotion terms through multi-accounting, coordinated betting or any other method designed to extract bonus value without genuine play.
• Underage access: Registering or using the Platform while under the minimum eligible age.
• Money laundering: Using the Platform for any money-laundering purpose or depositing funds of illicit origin.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the rss99 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, game interfaces, software, data and the arrangement thereof — is the property of rss99 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal entertainment in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publish or transmit any content from the Platform for commercial purposes without prior written consent from rss99.

11 Responsible Gambling

rss99 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The following tools are available to all Account holders and can be accessed from the account dashboard at any time:

• Deposit limits: Daily, weekly and monthly caps on the total amount you may deposit. Limit increases are subject to a mandatory waiting period.
• Loss limits: Caps on the total amount you may lose in a defined period. When reached, further betting is paused for the period.
• Session time limits: Maximum duration for a single session, with on-screen reminders as the limit approaches.
• Reality checks: Periodic pop-up notifications showing your session duration and net financial position.
• Cooling-off periods: Short-term breaks from betting (typically 24 hours to 6 weeks) without full self-exclusion.
• Self-exclusion: Voluntary blocking of account access for a defined period or permanently. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and will not be reversed during the stated period.

rss99 does not target marketing at users who have registered self-exclusion. Where a User is identified as a minor, their account will be closed immediately and all funds returned.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, rss99 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profit, revenue, data, business or goodwill arising from your use of the Platform;
• Losses arising from Platform downtime, technical faults or connectivity interruptions beyond rss99's reasonable control;
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain reasonable account security;
• Any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Losses resulting from your reliance on any information displayed on the Platform, including odds, statistics or promotional content.

Nothing in this clause limits rss99's liability for fraud, gross negligence or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

13 Account Suspension & Closure

rss99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, where:

• You are found to have breached any provision of these Terms;
• rss99 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering or other illegal activity;
• Your account balance is negative or the subject of an outstanding dispute;
• You have provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• Continued operation of your account creates regulatory or legal risk for rss99;
• You request account closure.

On permanent account closure, any Real Money Funds balance remaining (excluding Bonus Funds) will be returned to your verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding compliance review. Bonus Funds balances are forfeited on account closure.

14 Amendments to These Terms

rss99 may amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered users via email to the address on file or by an on-Platform notification at login. Continued use of the Platform following notification of a material change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Where you do not agree to amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure. The effective date of any revision will be displayed at the top of this page.

15 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which rss99 holds its operating license. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.

Prior to initiating any formal dispute proceedings, Users are encouraged to contact rss99 support via the Help Centre to seek an informal resolution. rss99 will endeavour to respond to and resolve complaints within a reasonable timeframe.

Users in Pakistan acknowledge that they access the Platform subject to Pakistani law and are solely responsible for determining whether their use is lawful. rss99 does not provide legal advice and this Agreement does not constitute any representation as to the legal status of online gambling in Pakistan.
